Tasharen Entertainment Inc. (operating name Tasharen Entertainment) is a small independent game development studio based out of Aurora, Ontario (Canada). Tasharen is most famous for NGUI — an add-on for the Unity engine, as well as the game Windward available on Steam.

As a workplace, Tasharen is not your standard 9-5 business or even an overtime-heavy game dev gig. Tasharen is based on ROWE — Results-Only Work Environment. Do your work when you want, how you want, in whatever order you want. You’re an adult. Isn’t it about time your job treated you as one?
