I share sale in the asset store 3.6.5
But my unity is 4.0
Compile Error
May I ask how do
I have to buy PRO to download an earlier version? :(

Send your OR# via email to support at tasharen.com, and I will send you a download link for NGUI 3.6.0b1, which was the last version to support Unity 4.2 and earlier.
