Hello everyone,

My name is Tom Bradley, Co-Founder at 71Squared and I have some exciting news to tell you about!

I'm thrilled to announce that we have just launched a native bitmap font editor for the Windows platforms, Glyph Designer for Windows! It's a complete rewrite of our popular Bitmap Font Generator for OS X, a whole NEW app - built specifically for all you Windows users!

We looked at a number of different technologies to help port Glyph Designer on Mac OS X to the Windows platform. Over time it became apparent that in order to get the performance and reliability we experience under Mac OS X, the only option was to build a fully native app using the latest .Net 4.5 and WPF frameworks from Microsoft.

Sweet. Glyph designer's one of the few reason I've been firing up my mini mac.. no use for that any more! :D
