Title: NGUI creating new Root UI objects

Hi,
ngui is creating a lot of empty ROOT UI objects (with a single camera, or panel as child) every time i move an object in the hierarchy.
Is this a known issue?
Running on the latest ngui.

If you really have the latest NGUI then this shouldn't be happening. It was a known issue with Unity 5.
