Hello,
I have had a license for NGUI a couple years. I have version 3.7.7 on my PC and am running Unity Pro 4.6 (I don't want to go to 5.0 until I complete and release my current project).
I tried to get NGUI on my laptop, where I am running Unity Pro 4.6 and even purchased a 2nd license of NGUI to make sure it would work. When I go to Asset Store->Downloads to the Packages tab I see NGUI version 3.7.7 available on my PC; however, when I do the same thing on my laptop it only shows 2.6.3 is available!?
Yes they both are in the same account. When I go to myname->licenses both my pc and laptop show I have 2 NGUI licenses.
Is this an NGUI issue? Am I just making some stupid mistake somewhere? What should I do?
Sorry for the trouble and thanks so much for the help!

2.6.3? Not sure why it would show that. That's so old... I suggest going to the NGUI page in the Asset Store window and clicking the Download there. I'm guessing it's simply not updated.

Got it fixed with the help of Ben at Unity Support. It's an asset store issue.
The general answer is that you need to delete NGUI folder here:
Windows - User>AppData>Roaming>Unity> Asset Store
Mac - User>Library>Unity>Asset Store
- User/Library/Unity/Asset Store-5.x
Note that "App Data" is a hidden folder, so make sure to show hidden files in explorer.
The asset store appears to store a copy in this area and you sometimes can't update past your last update until this folder is deleted.
Then you just follow the NGUI instructions on updating (open new scene, delete NGUI folder in Unity, open asset store in Unity->Downloads->download and import NGUI).
Hope this helps someone that may be having the same issues.
