Title: Changes in Game window size affect the Scene

This is probably already a known behavior, but I see that when running a scene with a NGUI UI, modifying the size of the Free Aspect "Game" window causes the layout in the "Scene" window to change.  This does not happen if you resize the "Game" window when the game isn't running.

This seems like a weird and undesired behavior.   :o
