Title: NGUI 3.9.9 can't import to Unity 4.7.1-f1

Unity Console output:Error while importing package: Package has unknown format

As the title addressed, if anyone knows plz provide an answer, being hung up on this for days, thx:)

Which package did it download, I wonder? I can see that happening if you get the Unity 5 version and try to open it with Unity 4. I uploaded it twice -- with Unity 4.7.0 and 5.3.5. You can tell by the size of the downloaded package. Unity 4 version is 19 megabytes. Unity 5 one is 12 megs. Did you try deleting and re-downloading btw?
