Title: NGUI file menu gone after update from 2.0.9 to 2.2.6

I noticed that after the update, it was gone. So I manually transferred the NGUI editor files to the Editor folder. Still nothing. Here's how it looks. (http://speedcap.net/sharing/1564/5321586c779f4db2feb1e0781804ecd6.png)

Any ideas why?

Check the console log and fix the errors that show up.
