Title: Insert images inside UILabels

There's a way to insert images inside a UILabel?
ie: PRESS [BUTTON A] TO START

Obviously [BUTTON A] is the image.

Exist something like this?

It'll work with Dynamic Font? or just textured fonts?

Dynamic fonts aren't a part of the core yet, so no.

*bump* I'm interested in this, but can't see how it's done currently? or do you use both a sprite and label?

There is a video tutorial about how to use symbols. Unfortunately it's only for bitmap fonts.
