Title: Draggable Panels

Following the draggable example, I am setting up a level selector.
Problem is I don't know how to change the size of the draggable area which is also the clipping area.
Notice the green rectangle is vertical, that should be horizontal if I knew how to resize this (the gizmo handles don't appear)

Play around with the size and center variables with the panel. Those only appeared once you turned on clipping so they are related to the clipping area.
