Title: Font Aliasing

Hey there guys, I was wondering if maybe someone could think of solution to this problem I'm having.  There may not be a solution due to the screen resolution I have to work within, 1280x800.  I have a font displaying at size 40 that looks like it's a bit pixeled.  I've tried messing with the filter mode, setting it to bilinear/trilinear.  I tried messing with the aliasing in the Project Settings Quality.  Has anyone encountered a problem like this that might be able to suggest something?

Pictures would help. Make sure the UIRoot is set to pixel-perfect.
