Title: ProgressBar display incorrect when sliderValue = 0

When progressBar value is set to 0, the foreground image doesn't hide, it's displayed backward (using sliced image)

Is There any way to fix this bug please?

This is fixed in the Pro repository, so you will see it in 3.0.8 f3.
