Buy it on Asset store and update through there, or buy the pro version and update from Github.

i bought the standard , but don't know how to update
its still the old version

open the asset store from unity, find the ngui entry, click download button and the import button.

...And if you got it from the website, use the same means you've used the first time. As the confirmation email says, the personal link will always point to the latest version.
