Title: FIxed size Font size

Hi how to make my font so it is always the same size. I want to add more text but when i do it my font is getting smaller.

when i use the other mode i can't change the size of the font (make it smaller because it is so big...)

If the font is too big, why not use a smaller font, or just adjust the transform's scale?
