Title: What Plugin i need to purchase multiplayer online arcade flight shooter

Hi,
my name is Andreas and i want to build a game similar to airfix dogfighter a multiplayer online arcade flight shooter ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2PmAGPXeLw (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2PmAGPXeLw) )
What is the best plugin for, and what does it cost to get some help?
May be somebody can make an asset with guns and pickups?

I can do all the GFX and Models and level, but i am a real bad programmer. Will TNET be enough for me to bring my dream alive?

TNet can help with the multiplayer aspect, but the rest of the game will still be up to you.
