Title: Font seems messed up

I am trying to change the font in some of my labels and I am getting some strange corrupted square things. The first label I added the font to now works (although it didn't at first, I cant seem to reproduce whatever fixed it) and any new labels I create seem to work so I don't think the font itself is the problem.
 I don't really want to replace all the labels in the game with new ones as there are quite a few.

The images below show what the same font looks like on two different labels.

Which version of NGUI, and is it a dynamic font or a bitmap font?

The Version is 3.0.9 f3 and I am using a bitmap font.
