Title: Automatic Panel Depth Management

I've seen some post inquiring about automatic panel management for multiple windows open at the same time.
The Panel Depth Manager (https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/15744) handles multiple windows in your GUI in a similar fashion that occurs in your operating system.
Basically when you click on a window it brings it to the foreground, which is expected behavior in some GUI environments.
