Title: Localization problem , can not delete a language
Post by: waheed11 on May 25, 2014, 10:03:16 PM
Hello,
I tried to localize my app , first I used the default “Localization” file that come with NGUI examples . I added Arabic and keys related to this new language. The key was detected correctly but the Arabic characters (from right to left ) were not appear correctly . So, I decided to remove Arabic till I arrange the letters. But strange behavior occurs, the Arabic language appears in the popup menu even after deletion and the keys in all languages no more detected, I delete the whole Localization file and created new one in my Resources folder without Arabic but same behavior. I close and re-open unity , same thing . I restart my computer but no success . I deleted Temp folder from window also same . I re-import NGUI but the same happened . Please from where NGUI still read “Arabic” and how to reset my NGUI to before this problem occurred ?

Is I2 Localization unity plugin can help to read Right-to-Left languages? And help me to back my NGUI stable again?

Thank you & Best Regards,,,,,
Abdulwahid

The language localization drop-down list has a script on it that chooses the starting language when you change its selection. You need to choose something other than Arabic, and it won't show up anymore next time.
