Title: Clipping options missing in 3.6.2

Hello, I just noticed none of my scroll views are clipping after upgrading to 3.6.2(from 3.5).  I took a look, and there are now only 3 options:

None,
Soft Clip,
Constrain but dont clip.

Was a clipping option removed?

this was removed way before 3.6.2, now to clip scroll view you use soft clip, with 0 on softness on x and y if you want to behave like before.
