Title: SoftClipping Bug

Hi,

i have an issue with soft clipping.
when first time load scene, the panel that using soft clipping is work.
and then i'm using command setActive(false) to panel. when i reactivate the panel, soft clipping not work and in inspector, draw calls on the panel is gone.

any suggestion for this?

What version of NGUI? How to reproduce on my end?
