NGUI 3 Support / NGUI 3.9.4b Scroll view invisible widget bug

Hey,
I just recently updated to version 3.9.4b of NGUI and now the scroll views that I dynamically load more than 1 prefab(from code) into cause some widgets on the prefab clone to be invisible until I drag on the view.
Sometimes it is all of the widgets, sometimes it is only half but it keeps changing on every play.
I hope this helps to replicate.
