hello everyone!
i'm trying to create an image gallery with NGUI for my app in ios/android, but i have a huge problem:
i am using a grid filled with uitexture with fixed aspect flag set, in this way my images keep their ratio in fullscreen.
the problem is when i rotate my device in widescreen, the image result small in the center of the screen, there is a way to update my uitexture for fill the screen when i rotate my device?

NGUI 3 Support / panel orientation with device orientation

Hi! I have a problem with the uipanel, hope u can help me : (
i need the panel orientation change with the device orientation but i dunno how can i do that.
there is a panel with a full screen picture on it, when i rotate my mobile device i need the panel and the image rotate with it, just like android or ios gallery, there is a simple way to to that?

Hi!
there is a way to do this:

GUI.DrawTexture(new Rect(0, 0, Screen.width, Screen.height), mytexture, ScaleMode.ScaleToFit, true);

using uitexture?

I just need to open some images on fullscreen without losing their aspect ratio, gui.drawtexture works fine but i can't do nothing with the image in that way (pinch/zoom, modify etc)

if someone know how can i use ngui uitexture to obtain the same result i appreciate a lot, thank you!

Hi, i'm trying to use ui text list in a inusual way and i need to write in textlist.add letter one by one with this script:

  1.         IEnumerator writing()
  2.                 {
  3.                         foreach (char letter in mytext.ToCharArray())
  4.                         {
  5.                                 textList.Add(letter.ToString());
  6.                                 yield return new WaitForSeconds (0.2f);
  7.                         }

My problem is: there is a way to avoid the paragraph after any letter inserted?

i'm trying to use this script for a nonchat use cause i like his behaviour to move the text field area with the text added.
i'm a novice in coding and maybe there is a simpler way to do that, can u help me? thanks : )

NGUI 3 Support / shader problem (i suppose)

hi, i've a little problem with my atlas...
i made my app layout image in photoshop on the left and on the right is how i see it in unity used like ngui sprite, see attached image.
On unity my sprite seem like less contrasted, too much illuminated..
If i use image like a texture and not by atlas the colors are correct, why my atlas ruin my image? :(
how can i set atlas material shader for have the same contrast and same result on unity? have any idea? thank you

Hi, i'm a novice developer and i'm trying to make an app with ngui, i'm stuck with a simple problem, hope u can help me!
i need to create with ngui a sort of image viewer for smartphone just like the image viewer in android/ios/wp8 image gallery, but how can i do that?
i have a thumbnail, when i click on it this thumbnail enable one uitexture object on the scene, pass one texture2d to him and the uitexture should be displayed on screen, rescaled properly for the screen resolution.
But i really dunno how can i rescaling the uitexture via script for keep his aspect ratio, i suppose it's an easy task but i'm really noob :(
