I chatted with Aren for a bit on Discord... sounds like that's his preferred communication method for anything that isn't already answered on the forum. Here was the relevant part for my question about version compatibility:

i made some changes to the popup list class from what i recall
So it sounds like Unity 2017.3+ should be fine and if not, then I'd report it on Discord to him.

It seems feature complete (although I'm sure there's always more that could be added). My main concern would be ongoing support for newer versions of Unity. I'm using Unity 2017.3 and it has the latest supported version as 2017.1 on the Asset Store, correct?
