Why wont my panels dock in the unity editor?

Hi, I'm a complete noob to NGUI.

I cant get the Atlas Maker (or any of the other panels) to dock in the Unity editor.  Its a bit of a pain having these floating around the screen.
Any ideas what Im missing?

Drag the actual "tab" of the window that has the name (for example "Atlas Maker").
