UIToggle in 2.7 distro?

Trying to use a freshly downloaded copy of Ngui 2.7 with the UIStarter kit and after following the instructions get a compilation error indicating unity Is unable to find UIToggle which according to the online docs is part of NGui. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the NGui distro. Is it missing perhaps or am I missing something obvious.

And to answer my own question, I had installed NGui 2.7 where it appears the UI toolkit had already been updated to 3.0
