Sliders don't work with touchscreen anymore

When trying to drag a slider using touch controls, the thumb will jump back to its original location. This only occurs when using touch, and works fine with a mouse. I loaded the example scene and have the same problem. Thanks.

After doing some more tests, I realized that it works fine in the actual exported build, but not in the unity editor player using the remote app
