OnHover delay

Hi,

I just updated to the latest NGUI version (hadn't done so in a long time) and I noticed that OnHover now has a long (half to one second) delay. I tried some NGUI sample scenes and the delay is present there too. Is this something configurable or a bug?

Just to add that in 2.04c (the last version I previously had) there's no delay in any of the scenes. And I still can't find anything configurable, so it's probably a bug that was introduced meanwhile.

Found it. My bad. I changed FixedTimeStep between project versions and that was what was causing the delay.
