Title: problem getting tooltips to show up when hovering over piemenu item on android

Hello All, is there a good way to get tooltips to trigger when hovering over item in pie menu on android. I am fairly new to NGUI, any help would be welcome. everything works as it should in the editor but not on the phone.

There is no such thing as a hover event on a mobile device.
