Title: Migrate to another PC

Hi,
Recently I have upgraded my PC (including change my system to SSD drive).
Question is - how I can move all my settings and achievements from old HDD to the new ?

Edit: Forgot to mention - I have upgraded from XP to 8.1. But I still have my old HDD with XP system.

Just export your profile on the old PC and import it on the new one.
