Title: Looking for NGUI Artist / 2D Flat Menue (PAID)

Hi Guys,

im looking for a NGUI Artist who has the knowledge to build a game-menue like this:

Our menue should have around 10 Pages/Sub-Pages. No dynamic content programming is needed, static content for the development step is enough.

I have NO Textures, NO Sprites, NO Sourcescodes.
I have an imagination, requirements and a goal.

Id like only to pay ONE Package-Price. I dont pay for hours because of no control about your skill. If you need 2 days = good, if you need 2 weeks = good too.
