Title: depth of scroll view

i have a scroll view with lots of text and a stationary button on top of the text not attached to the scroll view but no matter what depth level i have the button or scroll view the text is always in front of the button
my scroll view is depth 0 and my button is depth 13
any ideas to have a button on top of a scroll view and the text to be behind the button

resolved myself once again after looking at a few posts i created another panel and made the button a child object of that panel low and behold it worked
