Title: Inquiry about license transfer

Hi.

 

The company I am working for is plan to divide into two companies.(Split-off)

In this case, can your license transfer to new company?

 

Is there any process to handle this or just get the license e-mail & account and use it?

 

I am looking for the right person who can help those things.

I can provide the legal letter of this if you need.

It depends on when you licensed NGUI and the method that you've used. You should email me at support at tasharen.com with licensing-related inquiries.
