Title: Support for BDF file format?

Does NGUI support BDF format for font creation?  I know how to create fonts with FNT in NGUI; however, I can only get my eastern languages converted into BDF via FontForge.  (I've tried FontForge and two bdf->fnt converters to make an FNT file but all produce junk or don't work). 

If not, any suggestions?

I have no idea what BFD is, so nope, NGUI doesn't support that.
