Title: Add font to atlas

Can anyone tell me exactly how to add a font to an atlas or is that possible?

You need to use an external tool such as BMFont to create a bitmap font which you can then add to an atlas using the Font Maker. Watch an older video of NGUI (not 3.0 one), it shows the process in a step by step manner.
