Title: UIPanel depth is not using hierarchy depth

I have 2 panels - one in another. If i change Parent UIPanel depth - it is not affecting children UIPanel depth. So i cannot change order of complex UI Panels just by changing Parent uiPanel depth. Why not UIPanel comparator function to use hierarchy data for comparison also?

I think you should have a look at the release notes for 3.0.3f... :)
