Title: Tooltip Behavior

My tooltip displays like this. Anyone got tips on what i should be checking?

Move your tooltip to be closer to the camera. Make sure it's on its own panel, and that the panel is closer than other UI elements (-Z). You may need to offset it along the Z by adding a child object underneath your panel and offsetting it, instead of giving -Z to your panel itself.
