Title: Text broken in Examples 5 and 6

I just purchased NGUI and in going through the examples in Unity 3.5.7f6 and 4.3.4f1, I notice that the the text is broken in Example 5 - Lights and Refraction, and Example 6 - Draggable Window.

Do you know what the problem is and if I'm likely to come across it in my own development?

I see changing Refractive Font to a different one fixes it, but then doesn't have cool refractive text.

Select the Refractive Font - Normal, and choose the "Normal Font" sprite. For whatever reason it seems to be missing.

Same with the Refractive Font - Header.
