Title: Issue with scrolling of elements properly considerin anchor as centered aligned

Hi,
Am facing problems in scrolling whole to scroll till top or bottom of scroll view. i am having 4 elements inside the scroll list and when i scroll down fully then it is not coming back to initial top position.

Waiting for solution on this.

What's the "initial top position"? I can't tell much from the pic you posted. What does it look like in the end, and what should it look like?

by initial top position means the top of the ui viewable area.

All I see is a blue square with a giant camera symbol above it and some collider outlines. It really doesn't tell me anything...
