And in the same vein, multi selection don't translate together when using handle translation or translation tool (the translation tool used to work somewhat in 2.7.0)

I have N sprites which I want to scale up. Is the scale tool a no-no in 3.6.6?
The handles + shift don't proportionally scale the things and multi selection and handles don't work so I want to check the new workflow. (post 2.7.9)

Gotchat, I'm almost there, no more script errors and now time to fix the entire NGUI, and it's completely broken, the proportions didn't autofix apparently. Any suggestion?

Also, now that Localize is an abstract class, how do I tell it what file correspond to what language?

Google Translate always knows how to make us laugh  ;)

I replaced those with tex.Resize() and now I get a "Texture is not readable.", I think RequestCharactersInTexture makes read only textures so I logged a bug with UT.

I found them and added this after each one of them except after the one querrying 'j' (why j?):
  1. mDynamicFont.material.mainTexture.mipMapBias = .5f;
  2. mDynamicFont.material.mainTexture.anisoLevel = 2;
  3.  

It doesn't make a difference no matter the value of mipMapBias, what do you recommend?

That's what it seems.
I'm not familiar with the asset pipeline, is the texture changed by RequestCharactersInTexture at the end of public void Request (string text)?

I want text to blur when small, like mipmap, instead of staying crisp but losing definition.
How do I do that?

NGUI is a very good event and display API, but not a UI API.

For it to become a UI API it needs to manage states and transition.

So the number one grief about NGUI is the lack of state machine.

Auto resize doesn't work to accommodate longer words (latest 2.x release of NGUI)

This happens a lot: when updating a sprite, a gear becomes a diamond and vice versa.
How can this be fixed on 2.70?

I am using UITable to create dynamically a group of tabs that are aligned either horizontally or vertically.

Each tab is made up of about 5 sprites and a texture.

When a new item appears, the sprite that says "NEW" is enabled and that sprite appears above the tab.

When that happens, the NEW tab get's pushed on the Y axis like so:

Why is that?
