Atlas wierd behaviour

Hello there

i am having a wierd problem with the Ngui (latest version).
At random times (in the game view)the sprites from the atlas go away and are all total transparent(so nothing shows up).
Even when i am make a build this continues in the build.

thank you its been solved was a huge texture that was causing the problems with the atlas!
