Unable to Connect
« on: November 04, 2014, 10:54:51 PM »
I have installed the server tool on a CentOS 6 machine, after I have installed Mono-Complete. The machine this has the firewall turned off, but the client is unable to connect to the server, please help!

What happens server side:
Local IPs: 1
  1: SERVER IP (Primary)

Gateway IP:  None found
External IP: SERVER IP

UDP Lobby Server started on port 5129 using interface 0.0.0.0
Game server started on port 5127 using protocol version 11
Press 'q' followed by ENTER when you want to quit.

UPnP discovery failed. TNet won't be able to open ports automatically.

You posted this in the support forum for NGUI. Moved it to TNet.

The "unable to connect" doesn't tell me much to go on. Also turning of firewall doesn't mean that the machine is actually reachable. Try to connect to this machine from itself using its external IP address. Does it work? If not, then you have the obvious path to follow.
