I am pretty sure those lines haven't changed in a long time, so I'd question why you didn't have them if you say you have 358.

Alex is one of my goons. We happened to pull the pro repository on monday, just as the +1s where removed and readded, so just bad luck on checkout time.

But we got it now. :)

Just for the record, I just had a wrapping chopping up words issue too. But it was caused by having a Localization.txt file that contains non-breaking space (160) instead of normal space (32). My txt (csv) file is downloaded from a GoogleDoc spreadsheet.
