We are having some issues with the UIPanel set to ConstrainButDontClip in 2017.1.1. We aren't in a position to be able to update NGUI right now and I wonder if there is a known fix for this issue?
EDIT: I should specify - this is only the case in the Editor.
EDITEDIT: I lied it also happens in the build.
