Need for Speed menu

Hey, any of you guys knows how to create a main menu like Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, I was thinking creating iTween Paths and moving UIButton Widgets around this one.
There is a better idea for doing this? :o

try to use HOTween better than iTween, have more features of curves and more more more
