Yes, 2.6.4 has this issue, and will continue having this issue because of the nature of old versions. They can't magically fix themselves. Since 2.6.4 there has been 2.6.5, 2.7.0, and 3.0.0. You need to update before posting about issues.

Closing this thread. Anyone else having this issue, the answer is the same: upgrade to NGUI 3.0, and the problem will go away.
