Can't get UIStretch to fill screen in 3D mode
« on: July 17, 2013, 04:59:15 PM »
I am trying to figure out how to get UIStretch to fill the screen with a 3D UI. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong in the following screencast? This same procedure works fine with a 2D UI and I can't find anything in the docs.

[edit] - video link was broken so I changed it to youtube

It's pretty much meant for 2D UIs. Why would you try to stretch it on a 3D UI? You might have to do your own custom logic here.

If you stretch a panel to the screen size then you can use NGUI to make everyday mobile apps that look really great with 3D effects, like flipping a panel over for settings for example.
