Question about standard license counts

Hi guys.

My Unity project team has 5 developers. But, UI developer is 2 person(it's me and other one).

In such a case, the license to purchase only 2 standard licenses?
Or do we need 5 standard licenses?

The way I look at it (and thus -- Tasharen's POV) is -- if only two people are working with NGUI, then you only need two licenses.
