Only enable the move handle

There is some way of achieving that? I don't use the rotate and the stretch as much as moving around, maybe if to do this others 2 with some key binding as a option was nice.

No, there is no special key for that. Why do you need this? Just press in the middle of the widget and you'll be dragging it.

You can do it by folding UIWidget inspector(like UISprite)
