Misc Archive / NGUI UI, camera and objects not appearing in Hierarchy in unity 5.3

Folks I need a little help..I had NGUI 2.3 camera and anchor attached to my game and i had made panels out of it. Everything was working fine till I upgraded to Unity 5.3..(Actually it worked there too for some time )Suddenly my NGUI is not appearing in the project hierarchy though i can see it still in Scene and Game View...Any help will be appreciated
