NGUI 3 Support / Resolution and GUI?

Okay, so I set up a nice GUI and it works fine, however the only issue is, it messes up on higher resolutions... Only thing I was thinking about doing is making it check the resolution and then set the position in code, however i'm unsure how well this would work.
